Following up with them googling trying to find companies such as mine, I also learned how they tried to find Title Searchers. Its also not always about connecting well with a Title Searcher its hard to find them period. They also call around the nation to county offices, but legally the offices are not allowed to recommend any searchers anyway.
What I learned from my interviews is that I really do have a market for my business and I have the ability to appeal to many customers. But this is just the beginning as I am still really taking in how much work needs to be done to reach out to the Title Searchers and Title Insurance companies.

ReplyDeleteI think it is great that your interviews told you so much about your market, as it allows you to see the potential for your idea. I think its also really cool that you were able to find out that there is not really a market for your service. This means that ou could dominate this are if you execute it correctly.
Patrick, it's awesome that you found such a positive reaction to your idea. I would start to focus on the next step if you're serious about carrying out this business idea. How are you going to get your idea out there, how will you market it, and how will you package your service into a sell-able product that focuses on what it will do for businesses
